PART TIME AND FULL TIME AVAILABLE - Community Care (Domiciliary) Various areas across Oxfordshire: Cherwell, Witney, Abingdon, Oxford and surrounding areas. As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it while gaining great job satisfaction.

Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle to use for work purposes.

Rates of Pay:

  • Weekdays - £14.39 per visit of 1 hour
  • Weekends - £16.00 per visit of 1 hour

Client Support Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with hands‑on personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.)
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Observing, monitoring and record‑keeping

  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
  • Authorised to work in the UK – unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

  • 07:00am – 15:00pm
  • 14:00pm – 22:00pm
  • Part time and full time available
  • Live‑in roles available
  • Must be able to work a mix of mornings, evenings and every other Saturday and Sunday.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING! Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care. This is a domiciliary care vacancy that involves providing care and support within the community within clients’ own homes. No experience is necessary, as our care assistants are provided with excellent training in full.
