Geriatrician – Next Level senior care at a top teaching hospital Kent Hospital, a 360 bed teaching hospital, part of Care New England, a top non-profit health system in RI and southeastern MA, is seeking a Geriatrician to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team.
Who Are You:
- BC Internal or Family Medicine
- BE/BC in Geriatrics (dual certification in Palliative Care preferred)
- Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care
What You’ll Do:
- Outpatient primary care and consultative practice located adjacent to Kent Hospital
- Patient population: geriatrics ages 65+
- Scope of practice: primary care, cognitive evaluations, pre-operative geriatric assessment through our Geriatric Surgery Verification program, opportunity to participate in our e-consult service
- Option for 25% of time to be spent on our ACE inpatient unit at Kent Hospital
- Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives
