Part Time - 11pm - 730am
Primary Function: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions as a member of the inpatient healthcare team while delivering excellent care and exemplary customer service. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN provides routine nursing care, observes patients' vital signs and general health, and assists other caregivers as directed. He/she provides supervision and delegation of appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) within the assigned care team. Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the highest level of service is provided within applicable scope of practice.
Job Qualifications and Requirements: Vocational/technical training in Nursing and a minimum of one year's job-related experience or equivalent is required. RI State Licensure is also required.
