Role

Healthy Homes Liaison Officer (Permanent, Full-time). We are developing our Home Improvement Agency delivery in the borough and are looking to appoint a pro-active Healthy Homes Liaison Officer to help expand our Healthy Homes offer. The ideal person will be responsible for developing and delivering the Healthy Homes project, ensuring the service is promoted and delivered borough wide, and supporting local homeowners to live safe and healthy lives in their home.

Requirements

The role will require regular travel across the Blackburn with Darwen area. A full driving licence, appropriate insurance cover and use of a car are essential.

Hours, Salary & Benefits

  • Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,222 per annum plus 10% pension contribution (after a 3 month probationary period)
  • Holiday & Pension: 25 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays; 10% pension contribution after probation
  • Contract: Permanent
  • General hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (half hour unpaid lunch)
