Care More Recruitment are looking to add a recruitment administrator/compliance officer to our growing team in Croydon. The role would suit anyone with experience in an administration or compliance role within a recruitment agency. You would be office based Monday – Friday 9-5pm and would be supporting the consultants within our health & social care division, helping with onboarding candidates as well as payroll and basic administration duties. There will also be requirements to assist with on-call duties for a week each month.

- Good communication skills - the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely across the company
- The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
- Self-motivated / driven personality
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Liaising and assisting recruitment consultants to help grow the business
About the role:
- Candidate documentation, safeguarding and vetting checks in line with professional standards, government legislation, framework/client contracts and company procedures. This includes:
- Acquiring and checking all required original documentation
- Right to Work checks
- Identity checks
- Enhanced DBS checks
- Overseas police checks, where applicable
- Employment history checks
- Reference checks
- Qualification checks
- Up to date training
- Chasing candidates and consultants for outstanding documentation
- Data entry for all new candidates into the database with precise accuracy and detail
- Always providing a responsive and professional service
- To work with the team on various reports and additional tasks as required
- Assisting with shift entry and payroll completion on a weekly basis
