HCA/Support Worker in Ellesmere

Support Workers – Shrewsbury and Dudley We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in a number of residential Settings. The ideal candidates will have experience working with adults and individuals living with learning disabilities as well as Autism. Additional experience supporting people with life-changing conditions, including stroke. Requirements * Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings * Valid Right to Work in the UK * Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one) * Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others * Full UK Driving Licence an added advantage Responsibilities * Support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity. * Assist adults and people living with Learning Disability and Autism in a kind and patient manner * Work with the care team, reporting any changes and helping maintain a safe, friendly environment.
