Im are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a small 1-bed children’s home supporting young person. This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up – creating a safe, stable and caring home where children can really thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the home day-to-day and working towards Ofsted registration
- Creating a calm, structured and child-centred environment
- Supporting and developing your team
- Making sure safeguarding, care plans and outcomes are always a priority
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in children’s residential care
- Confidence leading a team
- Good understanding of safeguarding and regulations
- Level 5 (or working towards) is a bonus
- Experience with LD / complex needs would be ideal
