Im are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a small 1-bed children’s home supporting young person. This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up – creating a safe, stable and caring home where children can really thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the home day-to-day and working towards Ofsted registration
  • Creating a calm, structured and child-centred environment
  • Supporting and developing your team
  • Making sure safeguarding, care plans and outcomes are always a priority

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in children’s residential care
  • Confidence leading a team
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and regulations
  • Level 5 (or working towards) is a bonus
  • Experience with LD / complex needs would be ideal
