Homecare Assistant - YARM- Female Client - 12 hour shifts -days & nights available
Care Matters Homecare provide domiciliary care services to individuals in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence.
This position requires dedicated individuals who are able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
We are looking for carers to help support our 36 year old female client who requires 24 hour care in her own home, we have both day and night shifts available 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am
Our client has a diagnosis of the below
Autism
Epilepsy
OCD
Depression
History of Self Harm
Stoma
We are looking for a strong team to support our client in her own home with all daily care needs (including medication administration/stoma care/personal care/meal preparation/social inclusion (all training will be provided)
An enhanced DBS will be required on successful interview.
