Care Matters Homecare is seeking a dedicated Homecare Assistant in Yarm to support a 36-year-old female client requiring 24-hour care in her own home. You will assist with daily living activities, medication administration, stoma care, personal care, meal preparation, and social inclusion, with day and night shifts available 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
A DBS check is enhanced and training will be provided; you will work as part of a strong team with families and healthcare professionals.
