*We are looking for a care assistant to support a male with Huntington’s Disease in the client’s home.*
*Responsibilities*
* Moving and Handling
* Personal Care
* PEG feeding
* Administer medication via PEG *(PEG training will be provided)*

* Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
* Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with our client and provide emotional support.

Shift pattern: *We are looking for a carer who can work 3 days a week ( days of the week will alternate between Monday-Sunday ( weekend on weekend off ) 08:00-21:00*
