About the Role (Drivers Only)
We are looking for compassionate and reliable home care workers who drive and have access to their own vehicle. Your role will be to provide personalised, high-quality care in clients' homes across Cardiff, supporting their independence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Personal care & health-related tasks (e.g., washing, dressing, medication support)
- Meal preparation & light housekeeping
- Companionship & emotional support
- Driving to and from clients' homes (Paid mileage included)
