About the Role (Drivers Only)

We are looking for compassionate and reliable home care workers who drive and have access to their own vehicle. Your role will be to provide personalised, high-quality care in clients' homes across Cardiff, supporting their independence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Personal care & health-related tasks (e.g., washing, dressing, medication support)
  • Meal preparation & light housekeeping
  • Companionship & emotional support
  • Driving to and from clients' homes (Paid mileage included)

Who We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • A Full UK Driving Licence & Access to Your Own Vehicle (Essential)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Registered with Social Care Wales (or willing to register)
  • Completion of Mandatory Care Training or NVQ Level 2 (or willingness to complete)
  • Previous experience in domiciliary/home care is desirable but not essential; we provide full training!
