Looking for an agency social worker to work in the South Gloucestershire Council Community North Team (Adults), which covers areas such as Thornbury, Downend, Frampton Cotterell, Frenchay and other surrounding areas. Our friendly and supportive team works with adults over the age of 25. Our primary duties include Care Act Assessments and Reviews; the role will include some time on Duty. We are looking to continue reducing our number of overdue annual reviews, and our efforts' success depends on having sufficient practitioners.
We will require; therefore, they carry out Care Act assessments within the community.
