We are seeking a motivated and experienced Care Home Placement Officer to join our team on a commission or equity basis. In this role, you will be responsible for placing our international recruits into care homes across the UK. Your success will directly contribute to our mission of bridging staffing gaps in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with care homes, healthcare providers, and related organisations across the UK. Identify staffing needs and match care homes with our qualified recruits.
  • Placement Coordination: Manage the placement process from start to finish, including candidate-client introductions, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Regularly liaise with both care homes and recruits to address any placement-related concerns or requirements.
  • Compliance & Support: Ensure all placements adhere to UK employment and visa regulations. Provide guidance and support to care homes on sponsorship processes and new recruit integration.
  • Network Expansion: Leverage your existing network and develop new connections within the care home sector to expand placement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or care home sector.
  • Established network of contacts within UK care homes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of UK visa sponsorship processes and care home staffing regulations is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
