Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Bedford Specialty Care, a 39 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 6 Independent Living (IL) apartments, located in Bedford, IA. This is a dual site administrator opportunity as Corning Specialty Care, a 40 bed SNF also with 6 IL, is within less than a 30 minute commute. Given the proximity and size of these locations, Care Initiatives offers a dual site opportunity that is ideal for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator looking to further grow and expand their skillset beyond managing the day to day operations of a single location.
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering. Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure. We are looking for a leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
