We\βre hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. You\βll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients.
Responsibilities:

Create and manage weekly rotas

Match carers to client needs and availability

Support the recruitment and onboarding process

Maintain accurate care records and visit notes

Communicate with clients and families
-
Work closely with the RM/Deputy and Field Supervisor
Requirements:

Experience in a care coordination or scheduling role
-
Good IT and admin skills
-
Knowledge of domiciliary care preferred
-
Calm under pressure and good with people
-
Driver preferred but not essential
