With a strong local presence and a growing client base, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the service—with the support of a dedicated Care Coordinator.
The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee and drive the operational and regulatory performance of the service. You’ll be supported by a Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of care and rota management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of care across Harlow and Epping
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and lead on quality audits
- Line-manage the Care Coordinator and wider care team
- Support recruitment, retention, and training of care staff
- Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure all incidents are properly handled
- Liaise with local authorities and commissioners
