We’re looking for a Deputy Registered Manager to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services across Harlow and Epping. You’ll work closely with the Nominated Individual and a Care Coordinator to ensure safe, compliant, and people-led care. This role is ideal for a senior care professional ready to step up.
Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations and compliance

Support care planning, reviews, and quality audits

Handle safeguarding and incident management

Mentor and support care staff

Deputise for the RM in their absence

Liaise with families, staff, and commissioners

Help with CQC preparation and documentation
Requirements

Experience as a Senior Carer, Supervisor, or Deputy in domiciliary care

NVQ Level 3 (minimum), Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards

Good understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care

Confident communicator and team leader

Driver with access to a vehicle
