We’re hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. You’ll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly rotas
- Match carers to client needs and availability
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate care records and visit notes
- Communicate with clients and families
- Work closely with the RM/Deputy and Field Supervisor
Requirements:
