We’re hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. You’ll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients. Responsibilities: Create and manage weekly rotas Match carers to client needs and availability Support the recruitment and onboarding process Maintain accurate care records and visit notes Communicate with clients and families Work closely with the RM/Deputy and Field Supervisor Requirements: Experience in a care coordination or scheduling role Good IT and admin skills Knowledge of domiciliary care preferred Calm under pressure and good with people Driver preferred but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
