Were hiring a proactive and organised Care Coordinator to help manage rotas, staff allocations, and client visits for our growing care service. Youll be the go-to person for daily scheduling and communication between carers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage weekly rotas

  • Match carers to client needs and availability

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process

  • Maintain accurate care records and visit notes

  • Communicate with clients and families

  • Work closely with the RM/Deputy and Field Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care coordination or scheduling role

  • Good IT and admin skills

  • Knowledge of domiciliary care preferred

  • Calm under pressure and good with people

  • Driver preferred but not essential
