Care in Mind provides residential services for young people aged 16-30 with mental health needs in Stockport. You will support wellbeing, education, and daily living in a therapeutic setting, including managing incidents and de-escalation of challenging behaviours. Training and DBS check are provided; you will work across shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
The role requires patience, resilience, and good communication. A full UK manual driving license is desirable.
