Mental Health Waking Night Support Worker, Young People Liversedge, West Yorkshire £28808.78 - £29709.68 per annum (dependent on experience), pro rata for part‑time hours. Full time – 38.5 hours per week.
Essential Requirements
- Flexibility – working night shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to attend training throughout employment, on weekdays.
- Good written communication skills for basic reports and record‑keeping.
- Basic IT skills – computer work, completing forms, using an online care system, and writing emails.
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to listen to others.
- Professional working boundaries and the ability to remain calm in emergencies and support others during difficult situations.
Desirable Criteria
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Care.
- Previous experience with young people with mental health needs.
