As Care Homes UK Sales Manager, you will drive business growth across the care home sector by securing new customers, developing strategic partnerships and leading a team of Regional Sales Consultants. Working with national care home groups, regional operators and independent homes, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering revenue, profitability and growth targets
- Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities
- Enhancing the care homes sales proposition and promoting outsourced laundry solutions
- Building relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within national care home groups
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams
- Improving win rates and securing long-term customer contracts
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Regional Sales Consultants
- Supporting sales and marketing strategies to accelerate growth within the sector

Your Experience
We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader with:
- Experience leading and motivating remote or geographically dispersed teams
- A strong background in sales, business development or account management
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business
- Experience managing large accounts and complex commercial relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities
- Experience in the Care Home, Healthcare or Medical Device sectors (preferred)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
