As Demi Chef de Partie you should begin to have an understanding of each section giving instructions to Commis Chefs and trainee Chefs. You will work closely with Chef de Parties and take directive from Sous Chefs on duty. You will ensure that all food safety guidelines are carried out and that quality and production is maintained to the highest standard.

- Assists in overseeing all kitchen operational areas.

- Assures proper sanitation practises are followed.
- Provides employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively.
- Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on the job training on job responsibilities.
Shifts will vary from covering breakfast from 5am to 2pm and 8am to 4pm
Basic salary is 27k + 3-4K Tronc with a total of 31K annually.
