We are looking for a driven and ambitious Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our Care Sector agency client base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships.

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive business growth, revenue, and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying corporate partners, negotiating collaboration agreements, and building long term relationships that create mutual value. The role works cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver partnership initiatives that contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with company growth objectives.

    • Lead partnership negotiations including commercial terms, contracts, and collaboration models.
    • Design partnership structures such as strategic alliances, marketing partnerships, revenue sharing agreements, technology integrations, and distribution partnerships.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key corporate partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership stakeholders.

  • Partnership Execution
