Shift Patterns * ☀️ 08:00 – 20:00 (Day Shifts) * 🌙 20:00 – 08:00 (Night Shifts) Key Clinical Responsibilities * 🩺 Clinical Care: Manage medication administration, complex wound care, and monitor resident vitals. * 📋 Care Planning: Assess, implement, and update individualized care plans with accurate clinical records. * 🤝 Shift Leadership: Guide care assistants and collaborate with GPs, families, and healthcare professionals. * 💬 Resident Advocacy: Support residents and families, ensuring person-centred care and dignity.
