The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
Your role will include:
- To act as the first point of contact, providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors, parents and professionals, while managing calls, emails and enquiries effectively.
- Maintain reception operations, including visitor sign‑in, safeguarding compliance, keeping the area tidy, and handling post and deliveries.
- Provide confidential administrative support, maintaining accurate records and databases such as attendance and contact details.
- Support admissions processes, including responding to enquiries and preparing relevant documentation.
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, reports, correspondence and general office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding requirements and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Contribute to the wider team by supporting additional tasks, attending training and meetings, and undertaking other duties as required.
Who we are looking for:
- We’re looking for someone who has strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Is confident handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Takes pride in being organised, reliable and detail‑focused.
