The Role:
- We are seeking a confident and committed Level 3 qualified Room Leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a nursery room and to support the wider leadership team.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead, support and inspire a team of practitioners within the room
- Ensure high-quality care, learning and development in line with EYFS
- Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Plan engaging, child-led activities that promote curiosity and creativity
- Support staff development through mentoring and positive leadership
- Demonstrate a clear desire to progress within early years leadership
