Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and established home care provider in the Salford area for an experienced Registered Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional to lead a dedicated team and drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care services. You'll be supported by experienced HR, Compliance, and Business Development teams, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and growing the service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management
- RMA, LMCS, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
- Working towards or holding Level 5 in Leadership & Management
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills
- Good IT and administrative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and effective delivery of care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative requirements
- Manage recruitment, staffing, performance, and quality assurance
- Conduct care assessments and risk assessments
- Handle complaints, incidents, and safeguarding matters
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
Benefits:
