We are recruiting Night Care Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, although full training is provided for those looking to develop their career in care.
Shift Pattern (Set Rotas)
- Week 1: Saturday & Sunday nights
- Week 2: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday nights
Hours: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Pay & Enhancements
- £12.46 per hour
- £1.00 per hour enhancement from 8:00pm – 7:00am
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:
- Physical Disabilities
- Huntington’s Disease
- Cerebral Palsy
- Brain Injuries
Duties include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Administering medication
- Supporting mealtimes
- Encouraging independence
- Supporting social and community activities
You will work as part of a friendly, experienced team in a warm, homely environment.
