Care First Recruitment is partnering with a reputable nursery in the SE23 area, now seeking an experienced Room Leader to join a warm, enthusiastic, and supportive team.

As Room Leader, you’ll guide a dedicated team, deliver high-quality care and learning, support children’s development, and help create a safe, inspiring environment. You’ll lead on planning, parent communication, and maintaining strong safeguarding and EYFS standards.
