Your Role as Domiciliary Care Manager
This role offers the perfect blend of strategic management & hands-on leadership. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier care while developing and leading a strong, motivated team.
Domiciliary Care Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding care delivery aligned with CQC standards
- Lead and develop your team, managing performance and training
- Oversee care packages from referral to review
- Conduct audits, spot checks & maintain compliance with regulations
- Build strong relationships with external agencies & stakeholders
- Manage rotas, staff schedules & performance improvements
- Take ownership of financial aspects of care packages
- Participate in the on-call rota, ensuring 24/7 service reliability
Who We’re Looking For in a Domiciliary Care Manager:
- Proven experience in domiciliary care
- Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance & regulatory standards
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
