What the role looks like
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of significant clients, lead renewal and growth strategy, and work closely with internal teams to deliver the right outcome commercially and technically. You will be trusted to operate. And supported to progress.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of larger commercial clients
- Lead key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact
- Oversee renewals, placement strategy and wider account planning
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts
- Work closely with broking, claims and servicing teams to deliver consistently high standards
- Negotiate with insurers and present solutions in a clear, commercial way
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the team
