Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and rewarding early years environment? We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic practitioners to join well‑established nurseries across the Bristol BS10, BS15 and BS16 areas. What we are looking for:

  • Level 2 qualification in Childcare (or above) essential
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support and supervise playroom staff to maintain excellent practice
  • Allocate children to key carers and provide professional feedback to parents
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families
  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
