We would also like to hear from an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager seeking the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and nurturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day management of the nursery while continuing to grow professionally.
Essential Requirement:- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (essential)
- Assist the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery
- Ensure all children receive rich, stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Develop open, positive, and professional working relationships with staff
- Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice
- Support the Nursery Manager to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training outcomes
- Assist in delivering agreed occupancy targets
- Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers
- Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring all complaints and concerns are resolved promptly and escalated to the Regional Manager where required
- Salary up to £29,035 per annum (with regular reviews)
