We are currently recruiting for a Metal Polisher on behalf of our client based in the NR29 area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business, offering a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be involved in the production and finishing of high-quality products, working as part of a skilled manufacturing team. Full training will be provided on specialist processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the manufacturing and finishing process.
- Work from engineering drawings and specifications to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Carry out polishing, finishing, and quality inspection tasks to a high standard.
- Load programmes and operate production equipment following training.
- Handle and move materials safely throughout the production process.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and adhere to company quality standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures within the workplace.
- Support the wider production team with additional duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in metal polishing, manufacturing, engineering, or production environments would be advantageous.
