Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting client assessments, reviews, and care plan updates
  • Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for care staff
  • Supporting the onboarding and ongoing training of new carers
  • Ensuring care is delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies
  • Responding to client queries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner
  • Assisting with care staff rotas and ensuring continuity of care
  • Participating in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within domiciliary (home) care
  • Experience in a supervisory or senior care role is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
