We're partnering with one of the UK's leading hospitality groups to recruit a talented Sales & Events Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established business, selling a diverse portfolio of venues and creating memorable guest experiences.

If you thrive on building relationships, closing business, and seeing events come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Sales & Events Executive, you'll manage your own portfolio of enquiries, guiding clients from their initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event.

Working closely with venue operations teams, you'll ensure every event exceeds expectations while maximising sales opportunities and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to tele, email, and online enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for private events, group bookings, and exclusive venue hires across one or more sites.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell food, beverage packages, and additional services to maximise revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, encouraging repeat business and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare bespoke event proposals and confidently negotiate with clients to secure business in line with company objectives.
  • Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure every event is planned and executed seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM/event management system and ensure all booking information is up to date.
  • Consistently work towards sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial success of the business.
