I am delighted to join forces with this client again. They have a wonderful flex office portfolio and are continuing to grow and evolve. We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead corporate and foundational projects from inception to delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and external partners to turn strategy into action, ensuring progress, risks, and key decisions are visible and well-managed. This will be a demanding role that will move at pace and is the definition of cross-functional multi-tasking. Projects will range from changes in systems for Finance, to membership onboarding and even mobilisation as they expand. Success will be shown through projects having clear owners, timelines, and governance. Quality stakeholder engagement is key, so the ability to take people on the journey and ensure adoption is paramount. Projects must be clearly documented and the team must feel supported throughout.
All About you:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex information into clear plans and updates
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively
- Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Highly desirable:
- Notion experience (databases, dashboards, templates, team workspaces)
Beneficial:
- Hospitality, property, flexible workspace, operations, or multi-site experience.
Nice to have:
- Company-wide change or transformation project experience
- Multi-site or multi-department working
- Project governance, portfolio reporting, and senior stakeholder updates
- Process improvement, operational change, or business systems projects
- PRINCE2 or similar qualification – knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead planning and delivery of assigned projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders
- Build and maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation in Notion
- Manage communications, prepare regular updates, status reports, and senior stakeholder summaries
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate blockers and key decisions promptly
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and check-ins with clear agendas, actions, and follow-up
- Support project governance, including initiation, change control, risk management, and closure.
- Maintain accurate project records and manage visibility of the wider project portfolio
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery
- Champion continuous improvement in project management practices and support effective use of Notion across the business
