Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare essential
- Experience working in an early years setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Support and supervise playroom staff
- Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents
- Promote the nursery to families and build strong relationships
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all children
