Essential Requirement:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (essential).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery.
  • Ensure all children receive rich, stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Develop open, positive, and professional working relationships with staff.
  • Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice.
  • Support the Nursery Manager to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training outcomes.
  • Assist in delivering agreed occupancy targets.
  • Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring all complaints and concerns are resolved promptly and escalated to the Regional Manager where required.
