What We re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
  • 2+ years experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager in a children s home
  • Strong OFSTED knowledge and a track record of good outcomes
  • A passionate, child-centred leader who inspires teams and champions best practice

What You ll Be Doing

  • Co Managing daily operations of the home
