This role involves supporting pupils with Autism both academically and pastorally throughout the school day. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to help pupils access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence within the classroom environment.
The school has developed strong SEN throughout the school with clear routines, consistent behaviour systems and targeted intervention support across the primary phase. Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils receive personalised support while maintaining high expectations around progress and engagement.
