Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee two homes supporting young people (ages 8-18) with SEMH needs. You’ll lead both homes to deliver safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that supports healing, growth, and independence. This is a vital leadership role offering real impact and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across two homes in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Inspire and manage teams to deliver consistent, therapeutic, and child-centred care
- Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with professionals and families to support each young person’s journey
- Manage staffing, budgets, and training across both homes
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years leadership experience in a children’s residential setting (multi-site desirable)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of SEMH, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
