We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Hull. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of production machinery, forklift trucks, and other material handling equipment within a 24-hour production environment.

Duties Include:

  • Operating production plant and machinery
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials
  • Palletising finished products
  • Completing production records and quality checks
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or production experience
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Strong awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to shift work and overtime
