Care First is partnering with a reputable nursery in Hitchin that is looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of care and education
• Support and supervise playroom staff in their day-to-day duties
• Allocate children to keycarers and ensure effective implementation of keycarer procedures
• Provide professional feedback to parents and carersDevelop positive and professional relationships with staff, children, and families
• Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
