We are recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to join a baby room in a well-established nursery in the BS16 area. This is a great opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step up or an existing Room Leader looking for a supportive setting with strong benefits and progression.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the baby room and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Supervising and guiding staff
  • Ensuring high standards in line with EYFS
  • Managing key children and building strong parent relationships

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous room leader or senior experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
