We’re working with a range of brilliant Secondary and SEN schools throughout Gloucestershire looking for Early Career Teachers ready to start this September. Whether your thing is Maths, English, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Arts, or something a little more niche, we’ve got classrooms that need you. We can work around your preferences work and contract wise. If you want to work through agency, we specialise in this. If you want support with that first permanent role, our contacts and relationships with schools ensure we can support with this. We regularly place Teachers into permanent roles, often their very first one! If you want to ease your way into things with some cover and supply roles first, we can also accommodate this.
What’s waiting for you:
- Supportive schools that actually support you, not just say they do
- Structured ECT programmes with mentoring and guidance
- Departments that remember what it’s like to be new
- Opportunities across all secondary subjects
- A vibrant ECT Network with ECT's in the same position as you and 1 year post teachers who can give you real guidance from their 1st year
What you bring:
- Subject specialism
- Fresh ideas, energy, and a willingness to learn
- A passion for your subject and the students you’ll inspire
What we’ll do:
- Match you with schools that fit your style, not just your CV
- Help you prep for interviews so you walk in feeling ready
- Stay by your side from your first day to your first parents’ evening and beyond
