We are recruiting on behalf of a supportive and ambitious provider launching a new 3-bed Children's EBD home in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from the very beginning and play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and successful service for children and young people.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the setup, registration and ongoing development of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained at all times. You will work closely alongside an experienced Responsible Individual who has a strong track record within children's residential services and is committed to providing ongoing support.

- Experienced Deputy Managers ready to take the next step
- Individuals with a minimum of 3 years' experience within children's residential care
- Candidates with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance
- Professionals who have supported inspections, safeguarding and quality assurance processes
