Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee two homes supporting young people (ages 8–18) with SEMH needs.
You’ll lead both homes to deliver safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that supports healing, growth, and independence. This is a vital leadership role offering real impact and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across two homes in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
Inspire and manage teams to deliver consistent, therapeutic, and child-centred care
Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning, and quality assurance
Collaborate with professionals and families to support each young person’s journey
Manage staffing, budgets, and training across both homes
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ leadership experience in a children’s residential setting (multi-site desirable)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of SEMH, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care
Resilient, organised, and committed to making a difference
